The kandi
Kandi is the oldest thing in this culture and the only thing here a printer cannot make. Every bracelet and cuff on this page is strung by hand, bead by bead — a wide cuff is about an hour, and no two ever come out the same.
What the printers add is the part you cannot buy in a bead pack: focal beads bored to standard pony-bead spacing, and name tags in dual-tone silk that actually read under stage light. Weave them straight into a cuff you are already making — or have us print your words into beads and let her string the whole thing for you.
Kandi is meant to be traded, not collected. If you buy one and give it away the same night, you have used it exactly right.

Here you decide. Tell us the words and we print them into beads, then she weaves the finished piece by hand. Both halves of the shop on one bracelet — which is the part nobody else can do, because bead sellers cannot print and print shops cannot weave.
