Who makes this

Two people in Winter Park, Florida. Three Bambu Lab printers in a spare room — an X1C and a pair of A1s — and a very large quantity of pony beads.

The printed things are designed here and printed here, in batches of a few dozen at a time. The kandi is strung by hand. Everything is packed at the same kitchen table it was made on and dropped at the post office down the road.

We keep deliberately little stock. It means something occasionally sells out for a few days, and it means nothing sits in a bin for a year going brittle. If a product stops selling we stop making it rather than discounting it into a landfill.

About the trinket thing

There is a fair criticism going around that festival trinkets have turned into mass-produced plastic that ends up on the floor by the end of the night. It is a reasonable thing to be annoyed about.

Our answer is not to pretend plastic is not plastic. It is to make fewer, better ones: printed to order in small runs, in PLA, by somebody whose name you know, designed to be worn on a hat for a season rather than dropped in the grass after one song.

Everything here is our own design. We do not print licensed characters, artist logos or festival branding — not because it would not sell, but because it is somebody else's work.
